Agent Positions
Call Desk agents work from their own
homes. We offer both full-time or part-time
positions. The agents work as a team on various customer service
projects.
Agents must meet the minimum requirements to be able to work from home.
Agent Qualifications
- Must live in the the state of Oregon
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug
testing. If you are offered a position, you will be required to
pay for and pass a drug test and a background check. You will be
reimbursed after 90 days of service.
- Must have verifiable customer service experience
- Needs to have an excellent command of English or Spanish.
- Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
Agent home setup Requirements
- A quiet place in your home to work
- Cable or DSL high speed internet access. Wireless or satellite
connections are not allowed.
- A noise-canceling USB headset
- A reliable personal computer which meets the following system
requirements: Windows XP or Vista (all versions), Pentium II 300 MHz or
faster processor 600MB free hard drive space, 1 GB RAM, Internet Explorer
6.xSP1 or later, antivirus software with current and updated virus
definitions, and installed anti-spyware software. We do not support MACs.
- The ability to be on the Internet and on the phone at the same time
without the use of a cell phone or IP phone. The telephone must be a corded
traditional telephone. No cordless, cellular/wireless, or VoIP (e.g.,
Vonage, AT&T, CallVantage).
