We are a privately owned company based outside Portland, Oregon. We started back in 1998 with a small travel company which has since grown into a diversified customer service  organization. Our founders and team members have extensive experience working in contact centers, sales, management and technical positions. We are dedicated to provide our clients and their customers the best service possible.

At Call Desk Inc, we recognize that companies of all sizes share the need to maximize their sales and business opportunities. They need to attract and retain loyal customers while keeping overhead costs down. Technology will never replace the benefits of having a live person talking to your valued customers.

We only hire US based agents. We will never send your calls overseas. Our mission is to help our clients grow their businesses- our success depends on it.
